• Glenn Davila

  President

  Glenn Davila is the leader and driving force behind the dynamic team at Performance Marketing. An award-winning, accomplished marketing professional with a rich history of delivering exceptional results, he serves as the primary conduit for client services. His multi-faceted, brand-centric tactics ensure that key messages remain fresh and relevant. He takes a hands-on approach in all aspects of the business and is the primary client contact, Creative Director and senior copywriter. Glenn holds a BA in Communications from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey) and an MA in Corporate Communications from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

• Ron Irvin

  Art Director and Director, Performance Signage

  As the art director, Ron is primarily responsible for PM’s graphic design services. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from Temple University’s Tyler College of Art. Ron has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Previously as Vice President of Otter Creek Imaging, Ron managed operations for large format printing, custom displays and billboard production. He also headed the print department at The Gotham Group and was a Senior Illustrator at Ocean Atlantic Textile Screen-printing.

• Gail Murray

  Project Manager

  Gail keeps the traffic flowing at PM, managing all aspects of production. Her role includes assigning jobs, timelines and budgets for design, production, print and delivery. Gail came to Performance Marketing, with over two decades in Production/Traffic experience with several advertising agencies throughout South Jersey. Her overall knowledge of advertising, marketing, time management and sharp attention to detail, ensures the team’s goals and client’s needs are met, delivering quality service that saves clients’ time and money.

• Daniel J. Kov

  Public Relations Manager

  Daniel puts his creative energies to best use writing captivating copy for PM’s clients, as well as coordinating marquee events. With a background in news reporting and production, Daniel is well versed in the needs of both readers and his business clients. The budding writer holds a BS in Journalism from Rowan University.

  Marketing and Special Events Coordinator

  With a writing arts degree from Rowan University and a background in hospitality and customer service, Lauren uses her talents to implement clients’ web and social media initiatives, as well as maintain special events and grassroots campaigns. Her critically-trained eye helps PM’s document editing, proofing and day-to-day workflow progress smoothly.
